Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation.

  • If additional confirmation or verification is required before dispatch, shipping times will begin once confirmation is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  1. Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-12 business days.

  2. Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-9 business days.

Important:

  • All shipping timeframes are estimates only and may be subject to delays due to courier service disruptions, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • We do not guarantee delivery within the stated timeframe, as transit times are managed by third-party couriers.

  • Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to control or expedite delivery beyond the estimated timeframes.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

  • Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

  • If you experience any shipping delays, please contact the courier directly for the most accurate updates. However, we are happy to assist with any concerns.

Delayed Shipments & Refunds

  • If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us.
